About me and my practice

I am an experienced and qualified therapist who works on a short to long-term basis with adults. (18+)

Our work together will be full of empathy, curiosity and compassion. I am warm, empathic and non-judgemental. Your sessions with me is an opportunity to explore what beliefs, patterns or behaviours might be holding you back.

Sometimes we have experiences in life (often in childhood) that can impact us in huge ways that then influence how we feel about ourselves; if we have boundaries, whether we become people pleasers or maybe very defensive or angry even. All of these things can cause unhappiness and stop us from living the life we could be leading.

Initial Consultation

I offer a free initial telephone consultation in order to give you a chance to discuss what you would like to bring to counselling but also to give you the chance to see if you feel that I am the right therapist for you.

Fees

I charge £70 per session. I work on Zoom, Skype or Google Meet.

When I Work

I work Mondays - Wednesdays daytimes only.
